The accommodation is limited, and reservations will be confirmed on a first come first serve basis. The deadline to book an accommodation is 1st of September 2024. The organization reserves the right not to accept further reservations once the limit is reached. In order to secure the reservation, the total amount has to be paid within 72 hours of making the reservation and receiving a confirmation of availability from the Booking-Team.

Between 16th of July and 15th of August 2024: 50% penalties
After 16th of August: 100% penalities
